Regulars met at Ranmore Common National Trust car park. Thus began a circular walk of 4.5 miles around the Polesden Lacey estate, through Ranmore Woods then crossing estate fields near the House, returning to the car park via a short length of the North Downs Way. Walking through undulating country, nothing difficult, along well-defined bridle-ways or permissive estate footpaths, at a pace to ensure all could keep-up. After walking, members made their way to the Stepping Stones pub for a light lunch.
